Jon brings more than 30 years of experience in banking. Jon’s served in a variety of senior level positions during his career, including chief operating officer and chief financial officer. That experience, along with experience in the health care industry and as an entrepreneur, deepens his already vast knowledge of financial planning, change management and analysis. He’s involved with the Indiana CPA Society and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and serves as an elder at Traders Point Christian Church.

 Anne brings more than18 years of corporate experience to Crossbridge--from facilitating the launch of new products, leadership in process development and engineering, to implementing capital projects. In addition to her extensive management experience, Anne has been actively involved in the development of Traders Point Christian Academy's new facility, which opened in early 2007. As a TPCA board member, Anne helped create the strategic plan for the school, overseeing the design of the building, leading the build team, and working to right-size the project based on fundraising and financing.
